People say men don’t like to talk about and admit to how they feel. I think the bigger issue is that they don’t feel they can.
There are so many fears and stereotypes that prevent men from asking for help.
When they feel understood, accepted and are not judged and condemned for how they feel, then they will talk.
None of us like to carry a burden alone.
We need more people to know that it’s ok to ask for help.
